Site Assistant is Conversotech’s own SaaS product. A merchant adds their store’s website and gets an AI shopping assistant that knows their products, policies and contact details, ready to embed wherever visitors ask questions.

How it works

  1. Tell us about the business: just a name and the website address.
  2. Pick how to start: a 14-day free trial with no card, or a paid plan.
  3. We read the site: usually two to four minutes, then the assistant is live.

The assistant connects to the live site, so answers about products, policies and contact details stay grounded in the store’s own content.

  • Assistant: a grounded chat assistant trained on the merchant’s public site, embeddable anywhere.
  • Assistant + Employer Leads: everything in Assistant, plus employer leads in the merchant’s territory, with contacts and a push to HubSpot.

The full product: self-serve onboarding and trials, automatic website reading, the AI chat assistant, plan selection and checkout, employer lead discovery, the HubSpot integration and a public live demo.
